The Library has several Notaries on staff. Notary services are free and regulated by Illinois law.

Members are encouraged to make an appointment to ensure that a Notary will be available when they come to the Library. To request an appointment, fill out the online form or call the Library at 708-485-6917.
What to Bring

- LSF Brookfield Library Notaries do not notarize Cook County real estate documents or I-9 forms.
- Due to Illinois notary law, we are unable to certify copies.

- Spanish speaking notaries are available by appointment. Please request a Spanish-speaking Notary when scheduling your appointment.
- Copiers, fax, and computers available for your use.
