The LSF Brookfield Library is committed to supporting students, families, and educators in achieving their educational goals. We offer a wide range of educational resources, services, and databases designed to inspire learning and academic success.

Need help? The Student Success Librarian, Teen Librarian, and Youth Services team are available to provide assistance with:

  • Signing students and families up for library cards
  • Registering Brookfield teachers for Teacher Cards
  • Assisting educators with classroom material requests through Assignment Alert, including:
    • books and reading lists
    • movies and enrichment materials
    • research project support
    • STEAM resources
    • Maker Studio technology like the 3D printer.
  • Offering in-person or virtual instruction on using the Library’s Free Databases
  • Curating reading lists for classroom instruction
  • Supporting summer learning
  • Scheduling student or staff visits to the LSF Brookfield Library and its Maker Studio
  • Scheduling classroom visits by Library staff for storytimes, educational presentations, book clubs, and more.

Classroom Connection Newsletter

Summer 2026 - Find a curated collection of recommended reads for all grade levels. This is a great resource for students participating in the Summer Reading Challenge! Register online or in-person to track reading through Beanstack and win prizes.
