Member must wait to sign document in the presence of the Notary.

Member must have a current state or federally-issued ID with a photo and signature.

The name on the ID must match the name on the document to be notarized.

If witnesses ore needed the member must bring their own witnesses.

Illinois law requires that a Notary and the person seeking notarization be able to communicate directly with each other. The Notary is not permitted to make use of a translator.
